Assembly and Prep Fees:(this applies only to units picked up at our New Braunfels Store)
Prices on our site do not include Assembly and Prep fees. Units are shipped to us in a crate, unassembled. We will assemble, prep and test your new unit to be sure it is ready for you to ride when you pick it up. This fee ranges from $50 on the small units, $100 on medium sized units, and $150 to $200 on Large units. Some units such as Adult Go Karts require much more time can be $250 to $400
Warranty:
Your New Unit includes a FREE 2 Year Parts warranty (Engine and Powertrain) And 6 months Labor if related to repair of warrantied parts and purchased in our store. (4 stroke models only) If you find that there is a defect in your product, contact us at warranty@fun.net or 830-629-6365. Your warranty includes Engine and engine components as well as the transmission and gearbox. It does not cover: Time or travel to get unit to us, Filters, Hoses, gaskets, lubricants, wires, chains, belts, standard wear and tear, battery, cost of third party labor, or tools required to perform labor, crashes, vandalism, fire or theft. Warranty is only effective if 1) Product is maintained and adjusted accordingly, including checking all bolts and screws for tightness. 2)Product is used for intended purpose.
Terms On All Sales:
All sales are considered final. Specific colors of units ordered at most times can be accommodated, however during busy and peak seasons, specific colors can not be guaranteed. Should you have a problem with any component or part,
we will replace it at no charge to you if it is covered under our warranty. It is your responsibility to replace the part at your own expense. Most parts are easy to remove and replace
Waiver Of Liability:
I, being above age 18, or the Parent of the purchaser who is under age 18, agree to all terms as follows:
I hereby agree to release and forever discharge Olson Powersports and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons
or entities acting on their behalf, from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise
out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of the scooters or bikes, use of equipment or property supplied by Olson Powersports or
my presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, costs or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller listed
above or the manufacturer or distributor. By this Agreement, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to
seek damages from Olson Powersports and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their
behalf. This Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I hereby certify that I am over 18
years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the
opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this agreement and the effect of the same. I there for release all liability and waive any and all
rights I may have in regards to my or my child's activities with the above item.
